This Certification, Credentials, Verification & Badging Policy ("Certification Policy") governs the issuance, verification, management, suspension, revocation, correction, replacement, and use of certifications, credentials, badges, achievement records, and related educational recognitions issued through Skilvi.

Certification
Any certificate, credential, badge, achievement, recognition, or educational verification issued by Skilvi.
Learner
Any user participating in educational activities through the Platform.
Verification
The process of confirming authenticity, validity, status, or issuance of a credential.
Revocation
The permanent invalidation of a credential.
Suspension
The temporary restriction of credential validity pending investigation or review.
4. CERTIFICATION ELIGIBILITY
A learner may become eligible for certification only after satisfying applicable requirements established by Skilvi.
Requirements may include:
- Course completion
- Assessment completion
- Minimum score requirements
- Project submissions
- Attendance requirements
- Identity verification
- Compliance with Platform policies
- Academic integrity requirements
Meeting minimum requirements does not automatically guarantee issuance of a certification.
Skilvi reserves sole discretion regarding certification decisions.
5. ASSESSMENT REQUIREMENTS

- Identity fraud occurred.
- Material misrepresentation occurred.
- Certification was issued in error.
- Platform policies were violated.

Revocation may occur regardless of how much time has passed since issuance.
18. FRAUDULENT CERTIFICATES
Users shall not:

Academic misconduct may include:

- Impersonation.
- Assessment fraud.

These systems remain the exclusive property of Skilvi.

- Permanent accessibility.
- Compatibility with third-party systems.
Verification systems may be modified, upgraded, replaced, restricted, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
26. CERTIFICATION DISCLAIMERS
Certifications issued through the Platform indicate successful completion of requirements established by Skilvi.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, certifications do not constitute:
- Government recognition.
- Regulatory approval.
- Professional licensing.
- Degree equivalency.
- University credit.
- Employment guarantees.
- Internship guarantees.
- Salary guarantees.
- Business opportunity guarantees.
Users remain responsible for determining whether a certification satisfies external requirements.
27. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skilvi shall not be liable for:
- Employment decisions.
- Hiring decisions.
- Academic recognition decisions.
- Licensing decisions.
- Regulatory recognition decisions.
- Third-party verification decisions.
- Credential acceptance decisions.

Skilvi's total liability relating to certifications shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the certification or associated educational program giving rise to the claim.

Submission of an appeal does not:
- Guarantee review.
- Guarantee reversal.
- Guarantee reinstatement.

Skilvi reserves the right to:

- Cooperate with authorities.

- They understand Skilvi's certification authority.
- They acknowledge verification, suspension, and revocation rights.
- They understand the limitations of certifications issued through the Platform.
